Students from MAE have arrived at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou May 15 for the NCSU Study Abroad Program “China: Engineering, STS, and International Relations in Hangzhou”. Drs. Zhu and Eischen are teaching MAE214 Solid Mechanics with a design project from Caterpillar. MAE students in the class are: Ginnie Keister, Sam Mosby, Holly Newman and Dominic Rodts. They are joined by John Czysz from UNC Asheville and Emily Ostermann from Chemical Engineering. Seven other students from NCSU are also in the program.
