For all MAE IT hardware and software requests please include the following:

•  Name of the computer or computers that are needing attention or software.
• Room Number the computer or issue is located in.
• Please include an account number to charge to when requesting a computer or other equipment orders.
• Please email requests to Lance Mangum at MAE-IT-Help@ncsu.edu .
