A postdoc position is available at Micro/Nano-Engineering Lab. This postdoc position is expected to: a) conduct cutting edge research and development on biomedical ultrasound therapy; b) help manage the lab, supervise graduate and undergraduate students; and c) write technical papers and assist technical proposal writing.
The position requires fundamental understanding and competent experimental skills of ultrasound transducers and ultrasound therapy. Strong hands-on experiences on transducer development and ultrasound experiments are desired. A PhD degree in Physics, Biophysics, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with biomedical ultrasound experience would fit very well.
