Safety and Health Internship

“We have a project where we could use an interested student for 10-20 hrs per week (beginning to end of this coming semester) to conduct noise assessments at various on campus locations
to determine compliance with noise limits and need for personnel to participate in a hearing conservation program.. The student would be trained by EHS staff to utilize various noise detection instruments for this purpose. They would receive guidance on this project from both EHS staff and personnel within the Facilities Division who oversee safety and health programs.  This position would be a match for a person interested in learning more about safety and health aspects, and time would be dedicated to this project unless those overseeing the project need assistance with other duties.”
Pay is anticipated to be $12/hr.
Please have interested persons contact Ken Kretchman by email and attach a CV no later than 12/11.
