Duke Energy Energy-Related Research Grants in 2008-2009

Eight undergraduate students in MAE received Duke Energy Energy-Related Research Grants for the 2008-2009 academic year. These research grants, which are provided by Duke Energy, support MAE students in undergraduate research in the broad area of energy under the supervision of a faculty mentor. Each award consists of a $2,000 stipend and a $500 operating budget. The research is performed in the fall and spring semesters.

In 2008-2009, the 8 recipients of the award were:
