As the 2005-2006 Academic Year draws to a close, we would like to recognize Faculty and Staff in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering for their contributions to NC State and the professional community. Award recipients and their respective awards are as follows:

Faculty Awards
		Dr. Gregory Buckner - Ralph R. Teetor Educational Award, The Society of Automotive Engineers
		Dr. Hassan Hassan - Elected Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA)
		Dr. Andrey Kuznetsov - Alcoa Foundation Engineering Research Award
		Dr. James Leach – Named Endowed Progress Energy Faculty Fellow
		Dr. Andre Mazzoleni - Recipient of 2005-2006 Sigma Gamma Tau Outstanding Professor Award
