Dr. Lester Foster (PhDME '89) Becomes Vice President at Multispectral Solutions

Dr. Lester Foster

Dr. Lester Foster was promoted to Vice President at Multispectral Solutions, Inc., a radio technology company in Germantown , MD.

Dr. Foster began his career in spacecraft and later migrated to military weapon systems. Presently, Dr. Foster focuses on product development in information systems and radio frequency technology. His work follows the product development from conception of new radio systems, seeking military customers for R&D, to product launch.

Dr. Foster received his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering at NC State in 1984. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering under the direction of Professor Larry Silverberg in 1986 and 1989, respectively.
