The L.L. Vaughn Scholars Program application form is available to download as a MS Word Template (.dot). This is a form with answer fields you can fill out using Word. Right click on the link below, save the document to your computer, and open it in MS Word. Type your answers in the the given fields, save the completed form as a .doc (NOT a .dot), and email it to sdterry@eos.ncsu.edu. Deadline for applications is April 30.
