MAE 453: Introduction to Space Flight




This course will cover fundamental aspects of space flight including launch vehicle performance and design, spacecraft characteristics, two-body orbital mechanics, earth satellites, interplanetary trajectories, and special topics as time permits, e.g. atmospheric entry and atmospheric heating.
