the following opportunity.
Caterpillar is seeking entry level manufacturing engineers for their
Engineering Rotational Development Program. The Engineering Rotational
Development (ERD) Program, is a 15-18 month rotational program designed to
develop and train the next generation of highly capable technology leaders
and expose entry-level engineers to different areas within Caterpillar's
organization. During the program, engineers will: complete four
rotations
in various business units and facilities; spend 3-6 months at each
rotation, spanning the areas of process engineering, supply chain
management, product design, product validation and a cross-functional
rotation in another area such as marketing, product support, purchasing,
logistics, and legal services. Engineers will also receive 6 weeks of
training throughout the program in order to develop and build a strong
technical knowledge base and network. ERD program participants are hired
for a specific position at a specific business unit. They begin their
employment at their home business unit and return to that position at the
end of the rotational program for a three year commitment.

Must be pursuing a BS and/or MS in: Industrial Engineering,
Manufacturing
