BRIEF:
Coaches or leads
cross-functional teams to meet quality system and statistical requirements.
Acts as a technical resource for statistical methods and quality systems
planning and other applications across different company functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering
or related field)

Understanding of basic statistical concepts and ability to guide
others in their use.
·
Superior written and oral communication skills to independently
prepare and deliver presentations and training materials.
·
Ability to interface with the organization, customers, and
suppliers to solve problems and train.
·
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
·
Superior computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet,
statistical, and presentation software.
·
Strong team facilitation skills and the ability to motivate teams
and individuals not in a direct line of control to advance on improvement
projects.
·
Motivational skills to act as a change agent for the organization.
·
Willingness to travel for training and project work.
·
Knowledge of QDAS/Minitab statistical software.

Certified ISO/TS16949 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor
