If you would like to use your technical capabilities in a global business environment, then ABB’s "Engineers in Power" Career Program is the right opportunity for you.
This program is designed to prepare recent college graduates for a professional career in one of the following areas: ABB’s technical sales, marketing, and/or engineering.
Participants in the program are given three domestic-based rotational assignments over a two year period in the one of the areas of sales/marketing and/or engineering. These assignments allow the employee to work in multiple product sales and/or engineering disciplines at various locations. Each product location provides a unique technology, manufacturing, and business learning environment. By working along side of various professionals in various organizations, participants learn and acquire knowledge of ABB customers, products, services and business practices. During or at the end of the program, the participant can select an offered position.
In addition to on-the-job work experience each participant in the program receives specialized training and mentoring including the participation in the annual ABB Power World event, where ABB displays its current and future products.
