April 15 - deadline to participate
in the Order of the Engineering Ring Ceremony, graduating students must:
-register at <www.engr.ncsu.edu/rsvp/rings>
-visit 120 Page Hall for ring sizing
-pay the $5 deposit
March 28 - Deadline for undergrads to remove privacy block
March 27 - Last day to submit blue cards for names to appear in commencement book
March 21 -
Undergraduates with privacy blocks notified and asked to remove block if
interested in name being published in commencement book

The University Graduation Ceremony will be held on Saturday morning, May 10 at the RBC Center.

Chancellor's reception - 4:30 - 6:00 PM at Chancellor's Residence - 1903 Hillsborough Street
(Parking across the street from residence - Hillsborough Square Lot)
In case of rain, Talley Student Center Ballroom - parking in Coliseum Lot

Students have been ask
to RSVP their attendance

Students must wear
cap and gown to walk in ceremony

Students
will receive their diploma at the ceremony
Ø
A professional
photographer will be at the department ceremony and each graduate will have
an opportunity to fill out a card at the sign in table to be notified if they
want to access their pictures
Ø
Guest tickets are not
required, but students have been asked to
reserve
seats for # of guest attending
Ø
Students have
received an email with instructions for line-up and arrival times for graduating
students and guest

Graduation Reception - Graduates and guests are invited to a reception after the ceremony in Talley Student Center
ballroom
which is next
door to Reynolds Coliseum.
